• Accepting accommodation reservations, guest check-in and identity verification, settlement of charges, and related handling
• Preparing and maintaining the guest register as required by the Hotel Business Act and other laws and regulations
• Responding to enquiries, requests and feedback
• Providing information on facilities, services and accommodation plans, and conducting surveys
• Statistical analysis aimed at improving service quality
• Communication and screening related to recruitment applications

3. Disclosure and provision to third parties

The Company will not disclose or provide collected personal information to third parties except in any of the following cases.

• Where the guest has given consent
• Where the information is disclosed as statistical data processed so that individuals cannot be identified
• Where disclosure or provision is required by law
