ELE HOTEL began in Tokyo and is now extending into Nagoya, Osaka and Sendai. We choose sites within a few minutes' walk of a station — always. Across four lines, from city-standard hotels to apartment rooms you can live in, hot-spring ryokan and our upper city-hotel line, there is a room for the purpose you are travelling for. Eco, Lively, Easy: strip away the surplus, and spend the effort on cleanliness and clarity instead. That is what we mean by a place to stay right next to the city.

Hot springs & resorts
Our hot-spring ryokan line, built around nature, bathing and food. The wa aesthetic of the Japanese ryokan tradition, held together by contemporary service standards.
Grand ELE Hotel
Premium
The upper line of the ELE Hotel series: a Japanese city hotel, sited in the centre of the city and built to serve both leisure travel and high-value business stays. Larger rooms, full service with a restaurant and a lounge, and a single point of contact that follows a guest from arrival to departure. Whether the purpose is work or rest, the standard is the same. Currently in preparation.
Configurations differ by property, but every room follows the same rule: everything you need, and no more.
Double / Semi-double
10–23 m². A generous bed and a desk wide enough to work at. Free Wi-Fi and a washlet toilet in every room.
Twin / Triple
For two or three guests. Kuzuha offers twin and triple rooms above 24 m².
Apartment type
Rooms with a kitchen and washer-dryer, made for longer stays and for families.
Onsen & tatami rooms
The tatami and hot-spring room type of the ELE Hotel Onsen line. The next property is in preparation.
Cabins (Shinjuku)
Cabin-style berths on separate men's and women's floors, with lockers, shared showers and loungewear.
Amenities
Towels, bath towels, toothbrush, razor, hairdryer and an electric kettle come as standard.
Ground-floor café (Kuzuha)
Café la Route 121 — coffee and tea through to pizza and curry, open 11:00–21:00.
Breakfast (Kuzuha)
Complimentary breakfast of Japanese dishes, bakery items and coffee, served 7:00–9:30.

Grand ELE Hotel — first property in planning
Grand ELE Hotel, the premium line of the ELE Hotel series, is a full-service city hotel in Japan designed for both leisure stays and high-value business travel. The first property is currently in planning; the location and opening date will be announced once confirmed.

RENEWAL
ELE Hotel Sendai Higashiguchi reopened after a full renovation
Sixty-five fully renovated rooms, an eight-minute walk from the east exit of JR Sendai Station. Opening plans run to 31 August 2026.

Our fourth Tokyo property opened in Nihonbashi Hisamatsucho with 30 rooms and four subway lines within a four-minute walk.

The hotel in Higashiosaka City, Osaka is rebranded as ELE Hotel Kuzuha. 72 rooms, free breakfast, and a cafe on the first floor.

Frequently asked questions
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Most properties check in from 15:00 to 23:30 and check out by 11:00. ELE Hotel Kuzuha and ELE Hotel Sendai Higashiguchi check in from 15:00 to 24:00 and out by 10:00. Times can vary by rate plan, so please confirm on the individual hotel page.
Is parking available?
ELE Hotel Kuzuha has six guest bays at ¥1,000 per night (reservation required). ELE Hotel Sendai Higashiguchi can arrange nearby partner parking at ¥1,000 per night. The Tokyo properties have no on-site parking.
How do the brand lines differ?
ELE Hotel is the urban standard line, ELE Hotel Apart is the apartment/family room line for medium to long stays, ELE Hotel Onsen is the hot spring and resort line, and Grand ELE Hotel is the premium line.
Can I arrive very late or very early?
Some properties keep a 24-hour front desk. If you expect to arrive after the last check-in time, please call the property in advance.
Can I leave my luggage?
Yes — luggage can be held before check-in and after check-out. Please ask the front desk of the property for details.
Are all rooms non-smoking?
Yes. Every property and every room is non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking areas.
Can I book directly on this site?
We are currently introducing a official reservation system.

Can I store lost items at the hotel?
The standard storage period for lost items is three months. Items that have exceeded the storage period will be disposed of at each facility. Please note that we cannot assume any responsibility for lost items after disposal. For details regarding the storage status and pickup methods, please contact the facility where you stayed directly.
